General Terms and Conditions of GoodsBridge

​

1. Scope of Application
These terms and conditions apply to all business relationships between GoodsBridge and its clients. Deviating terms are only valid if confirmed in writing by GoodsBridge.

2. Services
GoodsBridge sources and imports carefully selected goods and delivers them to business customers across Switzerland and Europe. GoodsBridge does not operate a retail webshop or provide general import/export services to third parties.

3. Offers and Contract Conclusion
All offers are non-binding. A contract is established upon written confirmation or delivery by GoodsBridge.

4. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment terms are agreed individually. In case of late payment, we reserve the right to delay further deliveries and charge reminder fees.

5. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery times are non-binding unless explicitly agreed in writing. Deliveries are made at the buyer’s risk. Transport damage must be reported immediately to the carrier.

6. Retention of Title
Delivered goods remain the property of GoodsBridge until full payment has been received.

​

7. Warranty and Complaints
The customer is required to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and report any defects in writing within 5 working days. If justified, we may offer replacement or credit. Any further claims are excluded.

8. Liability
GoodsBridge is liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty. Any further liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Landquart, Switzerland, unless mandatory legal provisions stipulate otherwise.

10. Final Provisions
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
